Our beautiful glass scent reed diffuser is hand poured. We us extra thick reeds for enhanced scent release.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
At love ANNIKA, our commitment is to deliver your exquisite, hand-poured products efficiently.
We take pride in not only the quality of our products but also in our dedicated customer service. In the rare occurrence of any issues, we strive to address them promptly and efficiently, as our customers are extremely important to us.
CANCELLATION BEFORE ORDER FULFILMENT:
You have the option to cancel your order for a full refund until it is fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, retrieval of items becomes impossible. However, if cancellation is still necessary post-fulfilment, you can refuse delivery at the time of the attempted delivery. Upon return of the items, a refund will be initiated. If you opt for this, kindly notify us at sales@loveannika.co.uk so that we can anticipate the return.
RECEIPT OF INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive incorrect items, we request that you photograph the entire contents of the parcel and send an email to sales@loveannika.co.uk for a thorough review. Please refrain from using any items not intended to be received and keep them in their original packaging until the matter is resolved.
MISSING ITEMS RESOLUTION:
The timeframe for considering a parcel as missing is detailed in the customer's shipping confirmation email. If a parcel falls outside this timeframe, remains undelivered, and does not show delivery confirmation via the tracking reference number, we will arrange a replacement sent via Royal Mail's 1st class service. Customers are required to inform us at sales@loveannika.co.uk if an item has not been received.
For customers claiming non-receipt of items, yet the tracking reference number indicates delivery, please contact us at sales@loveannika.co.uk . Our team will conduct further investigations to address the issue promptly.
DENIAL OF RECEIPT PROCEDURE:
Prior to initiating any replacement processes, completion of a Denial of Receipt form is mandatory.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY:
Exclusively based on subjectivity, we regretfully cannot provide replacements or refunds solely based on scent throw (scent strength) or scent preference. To ensure customer satisfaction, each hand-poured scent undergoes batch testing for performance, meticulously recorded and logged for our records before becoming available for purchase.
For customers wishing to assess our products before making larger purchases, a variety of samples are conveniently accessible for purchase on our online store.
In the rare case of a product appearing defective or damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue. Kindly reach out to sales@loveannika.co.uk with pictures illustrating the problem and a detailed explanation.
WAX MELT BURNER WEAR & TEAR:
Given the usage pattern of wax melt burners, discolouration may occur over time due to exposure to heat and external factors. Always adhere to the correct usage guidance before use.
REFUNDS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE OR UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Coconut wax melts, being perishable, are non-refundable. However, other scented products can be returned for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is unused and free from contamination
- The items are returned within 30 days of receipt
- An email is sent to sales@loveannika.co.uk before the return, ensuring it is logged with our team and prepared for receipt.
Please note that we do not assume liability for items that customers are returning if they go missing in transit. Therefore, we urge customers to consider the type of service used for returns. For non-defective or undamaged products, the customer is responsible for covering the return postage charge.
Items returned without prior notification may not be received or eligible for a refund. We kindly request customers to communicate with our team to ensure efficient and effective processing of refunds.
SHIPPING SERVICES:
For all UK orders, the chosen shipping option at checkout determines the delivery method. The specified delivery times are indicative of the carrier's target timeframe, though they do not constitute a guarantee. It is essential to acknowledge and adhere to the fulfilment time as advertised on our website before anticipating any shipment.
TRACKING:
If your parcel is marked as delivered, but a claim of it being missing is made, we request completion of a denial of receipt form. In the first instance of such an occurrence, upon form completion, a replacement parcel will be dispatched, allowing us to conduct internal investigations. In cases of recurring incidents, a 10-working-day period is necessary for thorough investigation before another parcel or refund is processed.
LOST SHIPMENTS:
To determine if a parcel has been lost, a waiting period of 7 working days from the shipped date must elapse. In such cases, kindly reach out to sales@loveannika.co.uk, and a member of our team will initiate an investigation into the parcel's location.
RETURNS:
(Excluding wax melts, which are perishable items, jewellery due to hygiene reasons) and personalised gifts or items customised for you. It is extremely important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar as we copy your instructions word for word for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email to sales@loveannika.co.uk and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations:
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with a product you've received, we are happy to process a refund for the cost of that item, provided the following conditions are met:
The item/s you wish to return must:
- Have been received within the last 28 days
- Be unopened and unused
- Remain in their original packaging and in perfect condition
- Arrive safely back to us without damage
Failure to meet any of the above criteria will render us unable to process a refund.
Please note that we cannot cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect. It is at the buyer's discretion whether the return postage is tracked and/or insured. If your returned goods go missing during transit, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
YOUR REFUND:
The total value of the item/s returned to us will be refunded to the same account from which payment was made, once the item/s are safely returned to us. The refunded amount will appear in your account within 7 working days, though typically this occurs sooner.
BROKEN ITEM/S:
Upon processing the shipment, we rely on Royal Mail to safely deliver your parcel. If your parcel arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately upon receiving a photo of each damaged item sent to sales@loveannika.co.uk as soon as the damage is discovered. If any item is out of stock, a full refund to the value of the broken item will be provided.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM/S:
All our products undergo thorough quality checks to ensure they match the provided product description. In the rare event of a damaged item being missed during dispatch, we will provide a replacement upon receiving photo evidence of the damage. If it appears the product has been dropped or misused since safely arriving to you, we reserve the right not to process a refund.
In instances where a product becomes faulty during use, following the care guide provided within your order is essential. Resolving issues related to faults during use will require photographic evidence and may necessitate further information to ensure a resolution. If the product has been misused and/or the relevant care card hasn't been followed, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
NON-REFUNDABLE AND PERISHABLE ITEM/S:
Regrettably, our wax melts, crystals and jewellery items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Natural imperfections may be visible in our fragranced wax products due to the presence of natural wax derived from plants and vegetables. These imperfections, such as minor cracks or frosting/colour changes, are not criteria for damage or faults and do not negatively affect product performance.
